1:1 personal training in hove… with a difference
traditional personal training approaches can be great for some people, but don’t work for everyone.
My approach is different.
i start with you.
what are your specific goals? what’s your experience and fitness level? what do you like, what do you not like? what else is going on in your life right now?
i’ll then design a training program for you built around these needs.
no one-size-fits-all solutions here!
and while i think fitness is essential to a healthy, happy life - i don’t think it should take over your life.
that’s why each session with me is 45 minutes long, rather than an hour. enough time to get the workout you need, without it taking up too much of your day.
i believe in accountability and setting positive goals, but my role is to encourage and motivate, not ‘beast’ you into submission.
you’ll leave the session feeling like you’ve had a great workout, but there will be no blood or tears… just a little sweat!
Location
each personal training session takes place at possibly the most central of hove locations… Impact fitness on grand avenue.
it’s a private studio gym, with a welcoming feel, and all the great kit we need to train well.
if you aren’t a fan of the bigger chain gym setups, this is perfect for you - none of the busy, overwhelming, chaos… and no queing for machines!
cost
Because the sessions are 45 minutes, i’m able to keep costs at a reasonable, competitive level.
a single session is £30, and I offer discounts for block bookings too.
and you can pay however works best for you… by card/apple pay here through the website, via bank transfer, or even old-school cash if you like!
Onboarding
Once you’ve booked a session, i’ll send you a calendar link with my availability for you to select your specific slot.
i’ll also send across a couple of documents around goals/background etc. for you to fill out ahead of the session.
and then, it’ll be time for us to get to work!
