who is this program for?

this program is designed for anyone based in the brighton & hove area, looking to give their health and fitness a revamp, or much needed spark!

it’s ideal for:


- anyone who has some experience with working out previously, but has struggled to maintain the habit recently

  • anyone who has never quite found the right fitness routine for them but wants to start now

- anyone who is overwhelmed or unsure at the prospect of busy gyms, complex workout programs, and keeping themselves motivated.

this is program is designed to get you to the body you’ve always wanted- be that through weight loss, muscle growth or a combination of both.

it’s about getting you on the journey to peak physical fitness, and actually quite enjoying the process!

1:1 training sessions

Work with me at a private/semi-private gym in the heart of Hove - Impact Fitness Hove, on Grand avenue.

After an initial goal setting discussion, we’ll progress into workouts specifically tailored towards helping you achieve your fitness goals.

this might include a mix of cardio and weights based activities, or prioritising one or the other, or perhaps something entirely different!

For most clients, my recommended program structure is two sessions per week, over an 8-week period, but there is flexibility here as required.

if you would prefer one session a week over a longer timeframe, or more frequent sessions over a shorter period, this can be agreed on an individual basis.

the level/intensity of workouts will also be aligned to your current needs and abilities.

this program isn’t about ‘beasting’ you until you can’t move, it’s about sustainable, effective and efficient progress towards your fitness goals.

Goal-setting & personalised workout plan

Following an initial consultation/assessment that can be conducted in-person, or via phone/video call, we will agree a specific set of short, medium & long-term goals and begin to craft a workout plan specifically tailored to hitting these.

The plan will take into account your fitness level and experience, likes and dislikes, and more.

this plan may form the basis of the 1:1 sessions that we work through together, and/or it may be the case that i will suggest a program that includes one or more sessions per week to be completed outside of our activity.

again this will depend on individual circumstances and targets.

you will receive a copy of the plan, which will include a tracking document to help measure your progress throughout the program.

The plan can and will be revised as needed, depending on effectiveness, enjoyment and engagement, and if goals change, as the program progresses.

tailored nutrition strategy

as part of the initial consultation/assessment, i will discuss with you your current nutrition and diet.

again, depending on individual goals, I’ll provide strategy suggestions aligned with your specific targets.



Depending on requirements, this can be shared as a formal document, given as a verbal overview at the start of the program, or provided through ad hoc suggestions and tips during sessions, and via email/text.

i am not a nutritionist, and as such, i won’t provide specific meal plans to follow, or require you track calories or macros.

i will simply offer advice and suggestions around food intake if i believe it will help you with your fitness goals.



(I will, also, happily refer you to A selection of qualified nutritionist partners that i work with if you feel more specific nutrition support is required.)

Check-ins

some clients find it useful to receive simple text check-ins on a daily or weekly basis.

It can help with staying accountable on either workouts, nutrition or both.

please let me know in our initial sessions if you would like this service.

follow-up plan

after the end of the 8-week program, (or other agreed upon timeframe), you will receive a follow-up plan to help you continue your fitness progress.

this will include a four-week workout plan, as well as notes and suggestions regarding longer term fitness goals.

many clients find that they want to continue working with me in some capacity beyond the initial program.

This might be on a similar regularity or less frequent basis.

this can be factored into the plan as well.

  • following purchase, you will receive a calendar link to schedule in your first session - you can also schedule all or as many subsequent sessions at the same time, if desired. if you are looking to secure a regular timeslot on a recurring basis, it is best to schedule these in advance.

  • changes to individual or recurring session bookings can be made up to 24 hours in advance for no cost. changes or cancellations within 24 hours will result in the value of the session being accrued, or will require a rebooking fee equal to standard 45 minute session cost (£30)

  • each 1:1 training session is 45 minutes long, and will be undertaken at impact fitness hove gym

  • for best results within the suggested 8-week timeframe, it is recommended that participants allocate time for 2 sessions per week - however, this is not mandatory, and sessions may be divided and allocated however is preferred, across a 16 week timeframe.

  • you will receive your personalised workout plan and tailored nutrition strategy after your first week of sessions at the latest.

  • accountability text check-ins are optional, and can be chosen to be received daily or weekly.

  • your follow-on plan will be sent no later than 10 days after your final session with the program.
