Hi, I’m Jack
I’m a personal trainer in Brighton & Hove who works with people looking to find their love for fitness.
and I’m an online fitness coach for people with ADHD.
You might call me a “Jack of all trades, master of…two.”
But both groups share the same challenge:
“normal” fitness approaches don’t work for them.
My in-person clients aren’t (necessarily) chasing six-packs or deadlifting triple their body weight; they just want to stay mobile, energised, and functional.
Meanwhile, my ADHD clients have tried every “tough love” or “beastmode” approach out there, but still struggle to hit their fitness goals.
Both need something different…
and That’s where I come in.
I wasn’t born ripped or obsessed with exercise— but I learned how vital it is to find the right approach for each person, when it comes to fitness.
Different people need a different kind of plan.
